JW Turner Contracting LLC, an affiliate of Paris Group, is seeking a seasoned Project Manager (Fit-out) to manage and deliver high-quality retail and hospitality fit-out projects in Dubai. This full-time, on-site role requires leadership, attention to detail, and deep experience in fit-out project execution from concept to completion. You’ll ensure timely project delivery within budget, maintaining top-tier quality and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and define project scope, process, timelines, and assign team tasks.

• Coordinate with design architects to fully understand approved project designs.

• Interpret specifications and provide clear guidance for project execution.

• Monitor project timelines, report progress, and ensure on-time delivery.

• Secure all required government permits and approvals.

• Assess risks and escalate issues to senior management.

• Source and arrange required finishing and decoration materials.

• Ensure project stages are completed efficiently and troubleshoot delays.

• Maintain updated project tracking with key milestones and performance.

• Oversee quality assurance checks and compliance with safety protocols.

• Act as a liaison between internal teams and external contractors or suppliers.

• Prepare detailed reports explaining delays, cost implications, and resolutions.

• Manage external contractor and supplier relationships effectively.

• Execute additional tasks as assigned by leadership.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.

• 3–5 years of UAE-based experience managing high-value fit-out projects.

• Strong understanding of fit-out processes, construction methods, and project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, Procore).

• Familiarity with UAE building codes and regulations.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• PMP certification or equivalent is preferred.
