Hirerightt is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end planning and execution of high-impact exhibition and experiential marketing projects across Dubai and the Middle East. This role demands a strong background in exhibition stand design/build, production logistics, budgeting, and client servicing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project lifecycle from concept to execution for exhibition and event builds.

• Liaise with clients, designers, vendors, and internal production/logistics teams.

• Develop detailed project plans, track budgets, and manage resource allocation.

• Conduct site inspections, manage build-up and dismantling, troubleshoot issues on-site.

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

• Deliver post-event reports and contribute to process improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Event Management, Architecture, or related field.

• 5+ years of project management experience in exhibitions/events, preferably in the GCC.

• Proven expertise in stand design, fabrication, and installation logistics.

• Excellent communication, client handling, and negotiation skills.

• Proficient in MS Office Suite and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana).

• Ability to multitask, manage tight deadlines, and lead cross-functional teams effectively.
