✅ Job Summary:

We are hiring an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in high-rise buildings and residential tower construction for a full-time role in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have 10–16 years of GCC construction experience, specifically in large-scale, high-rise residential or commercial projects. Candidates with villa or low-rise experience will not be considered.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

🏗️ Project Planning & Management

• Lead end-to-end execution of high-rise building projects, including planning, procurement, construction, and handover

• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans

👷 Construction Oversight

• Supervise contractors, engineers, and consultants to ensure work meets technical standards and design specifications

• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to UAE regulations

📊 Coordination & Reporting

• Collaborate with architects, structural consultants, MEP teams, and subcontractors for streamlined project delivery

• Provide regular updates to stakeholders, clients, and senior management on progress, milestones, and risks

💬 Stakeholder Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, vendors, and clients

• Lead contract negotiation, vendor selection, and risk mitigation strategies

✅ Desired Candidate Profile:

🎓 Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field

• PMP certification or equivalent is a plus

🛠️ Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years of project management experience with a focus on high-rise towers (villa or low-rise experience is not preferred)

• Prior experience in Dubai/UAE or Gulf region construction projects is mandatory

🧠 Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, AutoCAD, and project documentation tools

• Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) and construction safety regulations in the UAE

• Expertise in cost control, scheduling, quality assurance, and vendor management

• Strong leadership and team coordination skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English
