🔍 Role Overview:

Our client, a globally recognized leader in logistics and port terminal operations, is embarking on an innovative Bioenergy Project to develop sustainable fuel for its cargo fleet. They are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager / Construction Manager to lead and oversee the construction phase of this large-scale green energy initiative.

As the client-side representative, you will take full ownership of construction delivery, leading multidisciplinary teams, ensuring compliance with project timelines, safety regulations, and quality standards, while managing all stakeholders to guarantee successful project completion.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the entire construction lifecycle of a large-scale Bioenergy facility

• Represent the client across all phases of construction, managing contractors and consultants

• Ensure adherence to budget, timeline, health & safety, and environmental standards

• Supervise site operations, quality control, and risk management

• Engage with government and regulatory authorities as required

• Coordinate stakeholder communications to keep project objectives aligned

✅ Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred)

• 15–20 years’ experience in managing Bioenergy, Renewable Energy, or large-scale industrial infrastructure projects

• Proven success as a Construction or Project Manager on complex, client-side energy-related builds

• Strong understanding of construction supervision, HSE compliance, and engineering standards

• Experience working in the Middle East is highly desirable

• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills
