This role requires strong stakeholder management, project execution, and risk mitigation skills to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Project Leadership & Execution

• Oversee end-to-end project management for CCaaS implementations.

• Ensure customer business requirements and KPIs are met.

• Drive risk mitigation, change control, and stakeholder engagement.

• Manage cross-functional teams for seamless execution.

✅ Stakeholder & Client Engagement

• Develop strong client relationships with key stakeholders and executives.

• Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external customers.

• Provide regular project status updates and burn reports.

✅ Process Improvement & Quality Assurance

• Maintain deep knowledge of Sprinklr’s platform to guide project strategies.

• Ensure projects adhere to best practices and align with business goals.

• Stay updated with industry trends in CCaaS and SaaS solutions.

Qualifications & Experience:

🎓 Education & Certifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

• PMP, Prince2 Agile, or ACP certification preferred.

📊 Experience:

• 8-10 years of experience in CCaaS delivery, contact centers, or SaaS deployment.

• Proven expertise in managing multi-market, global rollouts.

• Strong stakeholder and risk management skills.
