Role Overview:
The Project Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. The role involves managing cross-functional teams, mitigating risks, driving process improvements, and maintaining alignment with organizational objectives and stakeholder expectations.
Key Responsibilities:

Project Management: Lead full project lifecycle including planning, execution, and delivery; maintain project plans, schedules, and status reports; implement risk mitigation strategies.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Act as primary contact for stakeholders; ensure clear communication; manage expectations; conduct post-project evaluations.

Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and develop project teams; allocate resources effectively; foster high-performance culture.

Operational Excellence: Implement and refine project management methodologies; identify process improvements; ensure quality assurance.

Financial & Resource Management: Develop and manage project budgets; track financials and optimize resource allocation; identify revenue growth opportunities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with TESS Business Operations, Customer Excellence, and Service Delivery teams; contribute to solution design and pre-project assessments.

Quality Assurance: Maintain quality control measures; conduct audits and performance reviews; ensure compliance with best practices.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or related field

8–10 years of experience in project management or consulting; 3+ years in a leadership role

Project Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) preferred

Proficiency in project management tools (Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira, etc.)
