Excelsior, a leading HR and recruitment consultancy, is seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee large-scale projects in the UAE. This role requires an experienced professional with strong expertise in construction management, compliance, and project execution.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Oversee end-to-end project execution, ensuring compliance with UAE construction laws and regulations.
✅ Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and timelines to optimize efficiency and cost control.
✅ Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and government authorities to ensure seamless operations.
✅ Ensure quality control and safety standards are upheld across all project sites.
✅ Manage contract negotiations, procurement, and resource allocation.
✅ Identify risks, delays, and challenges, implementing proactive solutions.
✅ Lead and motivate on-site teams, ensuring alignment with project goals.

Requirements & Qualifications

📌 Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager in the UAE.
📌 Strong knowledge of UAE construction laws, permits, and regulations.
📌 Expertise in project planning, budgeting, and risk management.
📌 Proficiency in construction management software.
📌 Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
📌 Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
📌 Fluent in Arabic & English (mandatory).
📌 Must be currently based in the UAE.
