Siemens Energy is a global leader in sustainable energy solutions. The Project Manager will oversee large-scale projects in the energy sector, ensuring quality, safety, and financial performance. This role requires collaboration with international teams, clients, and partners to drive innovation, sustainability, and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project management and quality plans, including risk and contract analysis.

• Integrate technical solutions across systems and ensure efficient site execution.

• Conduct status meetings, manage handovers, and ensure compliance with EHS and quality standards.

• Build relationships with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors; proactively address project risks.

• Manage project financials, optimize gross profit, and monitor cash flow.

• Align team objectives, delegate tasks, and support professional development.

• Oversee contracts, identify and mitigate claims, and implement early risk detection strategies.

• Ensure compliance with regulations and business conduct guidelines; implement zero-harm safety measures.

• Document lessons learned and apply findings to continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.

• Proven experience managing multi-million-dollar projects.

• Strong communication, diplomacy, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to write technical reports, deliver presentations, and communicate cross-culturally.

• English fluency required; Arabic and Middle East experience preferred.

• Willingness to travel internationally independently.
