Job Overview

Egis is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead RTA Infrastructure & Road Bridges projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing project planning, execution, budgeting, risk management, and compliance, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery. This role requires strong leadership, contract management, and problem-solving skills to drive project success while adhering to technical, safety, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution & Compliance

• Enforce site regulations, safety measures, and personnel discipline.

• Ensure projects meet contractual scope, budget, performance, and schedule expectations.

• Oversee risk management, including cost estimation, site constraints, and mitigation strategies.

• Coordinate design approvals and manage communication with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

• Lead commercial, administrative, and technical documentation in line with company policies.

Project Performance & Budgeting

• Manage budgeting, invoicing, accounting, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.

• Track change orders, variations, and claims, ensuring contract compliance.

• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly progress assessments, identifying project risks and solutions.

• Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers to secure optimal project outcomes.

Quality Control & Documentation

• Oversee QA/QC documentation, including method statements and material approvals.

• Ensure seamless handover procedures with clients and stakeholders.

• Maintain strict cost control, comparing budget vs. actual expenses monthly.

Business Development & Strategy

• Identify and approach potential clients for future project acquisition.

• Lead tendering processes following company guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from a reputable university.

• 10+ years of experience managing RTA infrastructure & road bridge projects in the UAE.

• Strong knowledge of UAE construction regulations, project management methodologies, and contract laws.

• Must hold a valid UAE Driving License.

• Immediate joiners based in Dubai preferred.
