Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Dubai. This role will be central to managing the Group’s portfolio of major projects, driving business excellence initiatives, and embedding project management best practices across the organization. The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders across multiple verticals, ensuring that high-impact projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Project Portfolio Management (30%)

  • Oversee and monitor a portfolio of 50+ major Group projects for 2025.

  • Develop project portfolio insights, dashboards, and quarterly reports for leadership.

  • Ensure alignment with business priorities while managing risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for acceleration.

Direct Project Management (50%)

  • Lead large-scale business excellence initiatives with C-level visibility.

  • Plan, execute, and deliver cross-functional projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business outcomes.

Project Management Best Practices (20%)

  • Develop and implement PM methodologies, frameworks, and governance standards.

  • Foster a Group-wide PM community by promoting knowledge-sharing, training, and tools.

  • Support adoption of agile, hybrid, or traditional methodologies where relevant.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of project management experience in complex corporate environments, including at least 3 years in consulting.

  • Strong background in retail or luxury industries is highly preferred.

  • Proven track record of leading large, cross-functional projects with executive-level visibility.

  • Expertise in project portfolio management tools (e.g., Asana) and governance frameworks.

  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.

  • Familiarity with AI tools is an advantage.
