Job Description:

We are a dynamic and innovative creative agency specializing in high-quality video and photo coverage for events. From brand activations to private celebrations, we partner with clients and event planners to capture moments that matter – professionally and creatively.

We are seeking a Project Manager to take charge of our productions from concept to final delivery. This role is vital to ensuring seamless execution, on-time delivery, and top-tier production quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full lifecycle of video and photo projects – from initial brief to final delivery

• Act as the primary contact for clients – managing expectations, feedback, and communication

• Create detailed production timelines, shoot schedules, and call sheets

• Coordinate and oversee external teams: videographers, photographers, and editors

• Ensure projects stay within budget and meet high-quality standards

• Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues or last-minute changes during shoots

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in project management (preferably in media, creative, or production industry)

• Fluent in English and Arabic

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Proficiency with tools such as Google Workspace, Notion, or similar project management platforms

• UAE driving license is a strong advantage
