Role Summary:

The Project Manager will oversee multiple concurrent projects, ensuring successful execution from initiation to completion. This role involves supervising Site Engineers, ensuring project delivery within scope, budget, and time while meeting quality and safety standards. The candidate will also manage client relationships and contribute to team development and project process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously from start to finish.

• Supervise a team of Site Engineers across various locations.

• Develop and maintain project plans, resource allocation, and timelines.

• Monitor progress to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders.

• Conduct site visits to monitor compliance and quality control.

• Coordinate with procurement, production, and installation teams.

• Identify risks and implement contingency plans.

• Present regular project status updates to senior management.

• Track and manage project budgets and expenditures.

• Ensure adherence to safety standards and internal policies.

• Mentor Site Engineers and support performance improvements.

• Drive continuous improvement in project management practices.

• Familiarity with ERP systems is required.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

• Certifications: PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.

• Experience: 8–10 years in the Joinery, Aluminum, or Fit-out industry.

• Languages: Proficiency in Arabic and English preferred.

• Other Requirements:

  • Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).

  • Prior UAE work experience (mandatory).

  • Strong communication, leadership, and client management skills.
