🧩 Role Overview:

We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join our growing team in the UAE. This role will oversee large-scale, mixed-use, and multidisciplinary projects from inception to completion—ensuring technical excellence, client satisfaction, and timely, on-budget delivery.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all phases of project delivery, including planning, design, coordination, and execution.

• Set up project framework: staffing, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, QA/QC, and documentation.

• Collaborate with technical leaders to ensure inter-disciplinary design integration.

• Track and report financial performance including budget, billing, progress, and profitability.

• Maintain high standards of project documentation and ensure ISO 9001 compliance.

• Engage proactively with clients and stakeholders, ensuring project objectives and KPIs are met.

• Manage performance of internal teams and external sub-consultants.

• Identify resource needs and provide feedback on staff performance.

• Support business development through proposal writing, client meetings, and presentations.

• Report progress and challenges to leadership including MD of Design and Regional Directors.

✅ Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Engineering (Master’s/PhD preferred).

• Experience: 10+ years in project management on large-scale, complex mixed-use developments.

• Certifications: PMP or APM certification preferred.

• Licensing: Registered Architect or Engineer with a recognized international body.

• Technical Tools: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM tools is a plus.

• Strong leadership, client relationship management, financial acumen, and problem-solving skills.
