Project Manager – Infrastructure & Road Bridges (Dubai, UAE)

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to oversee RTA Infrastructure & Road Bridges projects in Dubai. This role is responsible for ensuring project execution aligns with technical, financial, and scheduling goals, as well as compliance with contractual requirements. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing large-scale infrastructure projects and a deep understanding of contract negotiations, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

• Implement site regulations, safety protocols, and personnel discipline.

• Ensure projects meet contractual scope, budget, performance, and schedule expectations.

• Monitor risk management, including cost estimation, site constraints, and mitigation strategies.

• Coordinate design approvals and manage communication with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

• Lead commercial, administrative, and technical documentation in line with company policies.

Project Performance & Compliance

• Oversee budgeting, invoicing, accounting, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.

• Track change orders, variations, and claims, ensuring compliance with contract procedures.

• Conduct weekly and monthly progress assessments, analyzing potential project impacts.

• Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers to secure optimal project outcomes.

Quality Control & Reporting

• Supervise project QA/QC documentation, including method statements and material approvals.

• Ensure seamless project handover procedures with clients and stakeholders.

• Maintain strict cost control by comparing budget vs. actual expenses monthly.

Business Development & Strategy

• Identify and approach potential clients for future project acquisition.

• Lead tendering processes following company guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from a reputable university.

• 10+ years of experience managing RTA infrastructure & road bridge projects in the UAE.

• Strong knowledge of UAE construction regulations, project management methodologies, and contract laws.

• Must hold a valid UAE Driving License.

• Immediate joiners based in Dubai preferred.
