Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead luxury retail fit-out projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will bring experience managing high-end commercial interiors, demonstrating a balance of technical know-how, client liaison, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all phases of luxury retail fit-out projects, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery within budget.

• Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines, budgets, material sourcing, and manpower allocation.

• Lead and supervise on-site teams, contractors, and suppliers for seamless execution.

• Coordinate closely with clients and internal stakeholders to align expectations with project deliverables.

• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, safety protocols, and premium quality benchmarks.

• Monitor risks and develop mitigation strategies to address potential delays or quality issues.

• Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management and clients.

• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in fit-out processes and delivery efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager in luxury retail or commercial fit-out projects in the UAE.

• Strong knowledge of luxury retail design standards, finishes, and premium materials.

• Solid understanding of UAE construction laws, permit procedures, and HSE regulations.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and multitasking abilities.

• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.
