Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to oversee all aspects of construction project delivery. The role requires leadership in project planning, coordination, and execution, ensuring all construction, quality, safety, and client satisfaction goals are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage project structure, team planning, and resource mobilization.

• Lead workforce recruitment and define budgets and completion timelines.

• Supervise technical planning, safety procedures, and quality control.

• Oversee precast pile delivery and manage client expectations from test piles through project close-out.

• Prepare risk assessments, method statements, and safety documentation.

• Coordinate shop drawings submission and approvals.

• Ensure project timelines are met through detailed planning and site activity coordination.

• Manage change control, technical documentation, and subcontractor communication.

• Monitor production costs and ensure cost-effective project delivery.

• Regularly attend site meetings and update stakeholders.

• Prepare raw material checklists, phase preplanning schedules, and monitor build-up schedules.

• Collaborate across departments and with external clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering

• Minimum of 10 years in project management in construction, consultancy, or foundation/piling firms

• PMP/PRINCE II certification is a plus

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Fluent in English (verbal and written)

• Proven experience in managing complex construction projects

• Strong technical acumen in construction and project software

• Proficient in MS Office

• Valid UAE driving license
