  • Lead all phases of a large-scale high-rise tower construction project in Dubai.

  • Oversee project management plans covering scope, cost, risk, communication, procurement, and HR.

  • Monitor daily site operations, team coordination, and overall project execution.

  • Proactively identify risks and opportunities related to contracts, budget, design, and delivery.

  • Ensure high safety standards, budget adherence, and compliance with time and quality benchmarks.

  • Direct budget development, cost control, and value engineering efforts.

  • Collaborate closely with joinery production units and procurement for timely, quality-aligned execution.

  • Drive strong team performance aligned with project and company goals.


🎓 Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering

  • 15+ years of experience in construction project management

  • Experience managing high-rise or complex structures is highly preferred

  • Strong expertise in budgeting, procurement, planning, and team leadership

  • Familiarity with regional regulations, authorities, and construction standards
