• JLL is seeking a Fit-Out Project Manager to join the Project Delivery Team, focusing on a prestigious financial institution account in the Middle East. The role requires managing a diverse range of projects, from small-scale moves to major capital investments, ensuring successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

Core Responsibilities:

• Leadership and Reporting: Report directly to the Middle East Cluster Lead and provide strategic updates on project progress and challenges.

• Comprehensive Project Management: Oversee various project types, ensuring successful delivery by utilizing strong Project Management and Performance KPIs.

• Client and Stakeholder Engagement: Develop client briefs, facilitate coordination with trades like IT, Facilities Management, and Security.

• Design and Compliance Oversight: Lead design management initiatives ensuring solutions meet client expectations and comply with local government regulations.

• Schedule and Documentation Management: Create and maintain detailed schedules and trackers while ensuring document assurance.

• Contract Administration: Administer complex contracts and lead tender preparation, evaluation, and contract negotiations.

• Risk and Quality Management: Deliver projects adhering to risk, sustainability, and quality frameworks, with a focus on time, cost, and quality.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Industry Experience: 6-8 years of experience managing fit-out projects in the Middle East, with prior work in the GCC or MENA region.

• Educational Background: Engineering background preferred; degree qualification is a plus but not mandatory.

• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in software tools like Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, and AdaptiveWorks.

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is an advantage).

• Additional Qualifications: International safety qualifications and professional memberships are a plus.

• Travel Requirement: Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
