Alpaca, a global brokerage infrastructure company headquartered in California and licensed in multiple countries, is seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end integrations for enterprise clients. Alpaca powers execution and custody solutions for stocks, ETFs, crypto, and more, and serves hundreds of financial institutions worldwide. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage enterprise-level client projects using Alpaca’s APIs (equities, crypto, options, etc.)

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to plan and deliver integrations

• Facilitate weekly check-ins with partners, drive timelines, and resolve blockers

• Document processes and improve onboarding frameworks

• Act as the voice of the customer internally across BD, legal, compliance, and tech teams

• Guide clients through onboarding requirements (KYC, AML, etc.)

• Communicate partner needs, feature requests, and technical updates to internal teams

• Serve as a subject matter expert for Alpaca’s APIs and fintech product landscape

Qualifications & Skills:

• 2+ years of enterprise-level project management experience

• Strong communication and documentation skills

• Ability to manage technical integrations and troubleshoot issues

• Comfortable working across global time zones and cultures

• Familiarity with fintech, investing apps, and financial markets

• Experience using project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, JIRA, Confluence, Basecamp)

• Bonus: Background in customer success, crypto, brokerage, API tools (Postman, curl), or enterprise software integrations
