Project Manager
General Pension and Social Security Authority (GPSSA) Dubai , UAE

The General Pension and Social Security Authority (GPSSA) is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of development projects. This role involves tracking progress, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget, mitigating risks, and aligning projects with GPSSA’s strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, stakeholder management, and quality assurance expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution

  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, milestones, timelines, resources, and budgets.
  • Monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Identify and manage risks, implementing mitigation strategies to prevent disruptions.
  • Track budget utilization and ensure proper submission of Goods Receipt Notes (GRN).
  • Optimize resource allocation to enhance team performance and project outcomes.

Stakeholder Management

  • Engage with stakeholders to define project objectives and ensure alignment with GPSSA’s goals.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and changes clearly and effectively.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

Collaboration & Leadership

  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure accountability and goal achievement.
  • Provide guidance and direction to project teams for alignment with priorities.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

  • Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with regulations.
  • Conduct post-project reviews to assess lessons learned and identify improvements.
  • Provide project benefit realization reports upon completion.

Self-Management & Professional Development

  • Set performance goals and ensure their achievement.
  • Identify training needs and engage in professional development.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry practices and trends.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in Project Management.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and risk management skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and team collaboration abilities.
  • UAE Nationals are preferred.
