The role involves overseeing and delivering high-end turnkey fit-out projects across the region, ensuring delivery is on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in retail furniture manufacturing or interior fit-out project management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.

• Monitor project progress, proactively addressing risks and delays.

• Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and relationship management.

• Apply technical expertise in furniture manufacturing processes, materials, and design software (AutoCAD proficiency required).

• Lead on-site activities, quality control, and inspections to ensure adherence to specifications.

• Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with relevant industry standards.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.

• Proven experience managing turnkey fit-out or furniture manufacturing projects, ideally in the luxury or retail space.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana).

• Expertise in AutoCAD or similar design tools.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Willingness to travel extensively across project sites.
