Azizi Developments is hiring a Project Manager to manage site activities and resources, ensuring the timely completion of projects with high-quality standards. This role reports to the Senior Project Manager and is responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle from planning to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Scheduling: Accomplish project objectives by planning, scheduling, and allocating resources while ensuring technical assistance and high-quality work standards.

• Site Staff Management: Coordinate with the Senior Project Manager to allocate site staff efficiently.

• Cost Management: Maintain a cost management system throughout the project duration.

• Project Progress Monitoring: Ensure the project progresses according to the approved programme of works.

• Quality Assurance: Oversee and ensure high-quality standards of all work being carried out.

• Coordination with Quality Surveyor: Work with the Quality Surveyor on monthly payments and variations.

• Safety Management: Implement strict safety measures on-site to ensure compliance.

Skills and Experience:

• 16-25 years of experience in the civil construction industry, specifically in project management for consultancy or development firms.

• Proven experience in managing large construction projects, with a strong focus on quality, safety, and cost management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering (with site experience).

• License from the Society of UAE Engineering.
