• Copernicus Advertising LLC, a dynamic and innovative Dubai-based agency, is hiring a Project Management Officer (PMO) to oversee and optimize project execution across its diverse service areas, including advertising, branding, media production, digital marketing, print media, and events management. This is a full-time, on-site role for experienced project managers passionate about strategic execution and cross-functional leadership in the creative industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement structured project management frameworks and ensure compliance

• Oversee advertising campaigns, brand consultancy projects, and marketing activations

• Manage media production, print materials, and digital marketing operations

• Coordinate and lead the planning and execution of corporate and promotional events

• Monitor performance through KPIs and generate process improvement reports

• Manage stakeholder communications, resource planning, and project updates

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Media Production, or related field

• 3–5 years of experience in project management within advertising, media, or branding sectors

• Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory

• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies

• Proficiency in project tools such as Asana, Trello, or Jira

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is a plus
