Vantage Markets, a leading global CFD broker, is hiring a Project Management Officer for its Dubai office. This full-time on-site role is ideal for a Mandarin-speaking Indian professional with experience in financial services or fintech. The selected candidate will support strategic initiatives, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure regulatory compliance in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing the entire project lifecycle, including scope, timelines, resources, and risk

• Maintain project documentation (e.g., plans, status reports) using tools like Jira, Confluence, or MS Project

• Coordinate communications between IT, Compliance, and Operations teams

• Ensure project compliance with regulatory standards such as MiFID II, ASIC, and GDPR

• Create PMO dashboards, KPI reports, and progress summaries for senior leadership

• Analyze project bottlenecks and improve internal methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related discipline

• Fluent in English, Mandarin, and an Indian language

• Minimum 2 years of project coordination experience in fintech or financial services

• Proficiency in Jira, Asana, MS Office

• Working knowledge of financial instruments like CFDs and related platforms (e.g., MT4/5)

• Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Experience & Certifications:

• PMP, CAPM, or Scrum Master certification

• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and cross-border compliance

• Experience working in a CFD brokerage or trading platform environment
