PwC Academy is seeking a Project Management Associate to join its team in Abu Dhabi. This role focuses on overseeing and coordinating projects to ensure successful delivery within budget and timelines. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, adaptable, and able to collaborate effectively with clients and team members in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee project activities to facilitate on-time and within-budget delivery.

• Support project portfolio management, including project selection, prioritization, and resource allocation.

• Gather information from diverse sources to analyze facts and identify patterns.

• Apply organizational and communication skills to manage teams and stakeholders.

• Actively contribute as a team player while taking ownership of tasks and projects.

• Adopt professional and technical standards, ensuring compliance with PwC’s code of conduct.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and project management skills.

• Knowledge of methodologies such as Agile, Kanban, and project governance frameworks.

• Proficiency in project budgeting, coordination, and documentation.

• Ability to adapt quickly to changing project scopes and environments.

• Emotional intelligence, empathy, and effective communication skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (business, management, or related discipline preferred).

• Previous experience in project coordination or delivery is a plus.

• Eligible for work visa sponsorship (UAE).
