Job Title: Project Engineer – Facade

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer – Facade to join our team at Alfa Metal Industries LLC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the execution of facade projects, ensuring adherence to approved designs, stability requirements, and industry standards. This role involves coordination with office teams, contractors, consultants, and production departments to monitor project progress, materials, and manpower allocation.

Key Responsibilities:

🏗 Project Execution & Coordination

• Oversee facade project execution as per approved designs and safety standards.
• Ensure all materials, manpower, and project resources are effectively managed.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, production teams, and office staff to maintain smooth project flow.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular reports on work status.

🛠 Technical & Design Oversight

• Ensure compliance with building envelope and facade design requirements.
• Review and implement shop drawings and designs for aluminium, glass, ACP, and other architectural elements.
• Work with local UAE facade systems and European standards.
• Utilize AutoCAD and other industry software for project planning and execution.

📊 Planning & Reporting

• Prepare progress reports and project documentation independently.
• Assist in project scheduling, planning, and execution strategies.
• Identify and resolve potential risks or issues in project timelines.

🚗 Site & Logistics Management

• Visit project sites across Dubai and UAE for supervision and assessment.
• Ensure compliance with local UAE regulations and site safety protocols.
• Must have UAE Driving License and own car, with knowledge of Dubai and UAE roads.

Qualifications & Skills:

✔ Education: B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
✔ Experience: Minimum 5-6 years in facade project execution in UAE.
✔ Technical Expertise: Knowledge of aluminium, glass, ACP, and architectural elements.
✔ Software Proficiency: Strong skills in AutoCAD and other industry-relevant software.
✔ Communication & Reporting: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for project documentation and coordination.
✔ Collaboration & Leadership: Ability to work independently and lead project teams.
✔ Attention to Detail: Strong organizational and time-management skills.
✔ Mobility: Must have UAE Driving License and own car for site visits.

Preferred Candidate:

🌍 Experience: 5+ years in aluminium, glass, and facade project execution in the UAE.
🚘 Driving Requirement: Must be well-versed with Dubai and UAE roads.
