ACTION International Services LLC is looking for a Project Engineer with a strategic leadership role to drive business growth, manage client relationships, and ensure successful project delivery. This role combines business development, project management, and operational oversight, requiring technical expertise and a customer-facing approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive revenue growth by generating leads, managing project bids, and securing new projects.

• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver engineered service and rental solutions, ensuring project success.

• Manage project documentation, timelines, and deliverables while maintaining organized records.

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring accurate service delivery and alignment with contract requirements.

• Track market trends, competitors, and industry standards to inform business strategies.

• Ensure compliance with QHSE policies and a zero-tolerance approach to unsafe work practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

• Experience: Minimum 4+ years in a customer-facing role within the construction, pump, or industrial service industry.

• Preferred: Knowledge of pump selection calculations and process & pipeline services.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

• Excellent leadership, team communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Must hold a valid driving license.
