SPARK MAINTENANCE & OIL-FIELD SERVICES is hiring a Project Engineer to oversee construction projects in the Northern Emirates (Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, RAK, Fujairah). The role requires expertise in mid-rise buildings (5–20 stories), ensuring projects are executed efficiently while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee construction projects from planning to completion.

• Ensure compliance with project specifications, timelines, and budgets.

• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams for smooth execution.

• Monitor site activities, conduct quality inspections, and ensure safety regulations are followed.

• Identify and resolve technical issues and maintain project documentation.

• Report project progress and challenges to senior management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• BSc in Civil Engineering (PMP certification preferred).

• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience (Northern Emirates) in mid-rise building projects.

• Strong knowledge of construction processes, project management, and safety standards.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Preferred nationalities: Indian, Jordanian, Syrian, Egyptian.
