ALFURSAN CONTRACTING is looking for a motivated and detail-focused Project Engineer to join our construction team in Dubai. You will play a crucial role in managing technical project aspects, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with project managers, contractors, architects, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution

• Track project progress and milestones, reporting on timelines, budgets, and deliverables

• Review designs and specifications to ensure compliance with UAE regulations and quality standards

• Conduct site inspections to monitor workmanship, safety compliance, and overall progress

• Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including reports, schedules, and correspondence

• Assist procurement by reviewing technical bids and supplier qualifications

• Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies

• Enforce quality assurance standards and construction safety protocols

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline

• Valid G+12 or G-unlimited certification

• Proven experience managing large-scale projects with 500+ employees

• Deep knowledge of UAE construction methods, materials, and regulations

• Strong project management and organizational skills

• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately

• Proficiency with project management software and MS Office tools

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English and proficient in Arabic

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines

• Sound understanding of construction safety standards and practices
