About the Company:

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a skilled and motivated Project Engineer to join our dynamic team in Dubai and contribute to the successful execution of high-profile projects in the aluminum, steel, manufacturing, and construction sectors.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management:

    • Lead and manage engineering projects from start to finish within the aluminum, steel, glass, and construction industries, ensuring all project milestones are achieved.

    • Coordinate closely with architects, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure all project specifications and timelines are met.

  • Quality Assurance:

    • Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to ensure adherence to industry standards, safety regulations, and client specifications.

    • Identify and resolve any technical challenges or delays to keep the project on schedule and within budget.

  • Documentation & Reporting:

    • Prepare and review technical documentation, including project reports, drawings, specifications, and other related documents.

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation and communicate progress with key stakeholders.

  • Budget and Resource Management:

    • Manage project budgets, procurement processes, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency and ensure successful project delivery.

    • Ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials, equipment, and resources.

  • Collaboration and Problem Solving:

    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.

    • Support continuous improvement efforts and best practice implementations to enhance team performance and project outcomes.


Requirements:

  • Education & Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline.

    • Proven experience as a Project Engineer in the aluminum, steel, manufacturing, or construction industries.

    • Strong knowledge of project management principles, engineering design, and construction methodologies.

  • Skills & Competencies:

    • Proficiency in relevant software tools such as AutoCAD, MS Project, and engineering analysis software.

    • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.

    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

  • Additional Requirements:

    • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.

    • Familiarity with UAE construction codes and regulations is beneficial.

    • Must possess a valid UAE driver’s license.


Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary: AED 7,000 to 8,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances).

  • Additional Benefits:

    • Company car and fuel allowance.
