Are you an experienced Project Engineer with a strong background in HVAC and industrial cooling systems? Join AEW Technik, a leading engineering solutions provider across the GCC, and take charge of impactful retrofit, replacement, and installation projects in diverse industrial environments.

Role Overview:

As a Project Engineer, you will lead the end-to-end execution of projects involving cooling towers, plate heat exchangers (PHEs), valves, and piping systems. You will ensure timely, cost-effective, and compliant delivery of projects from planning through commissioning and handover.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full project lifecycle—from planning to execution and handover

• Oversee installation and commissioning of HVAC and industrial systems

• Supervise site activities, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards

• Prepare project documentation: WIRs, MIRs, method statements, safety analyses, rescue plans, etc.

• Coordinate with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams

• Ensure compliance with DM, SEWA, Civil Defense, and other regional authorities

• Support invoicing and ensure timely project billing

• Troubleshoot and resolve site-level technical issues

• Collaborate with the sales and estimation teams for site inputs

• Conduct inspections and ensure health & safety compliance throughout project phases

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in project execution in HVAC/MEP/industrial services

• Hands-on experience with cooling towers, PHEs, piping systems preferred

• Strong knowledge of UAE and KSA regulations and approval processes

• PMP, NEBOSH, or OSHA certifications are added advantages

• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and MS Office

• Excellent organizational, communication, and site management skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects in high-pressure environments
