Mace, a global leader in project and construction consultancy, is looking for an experienced Project Director to lead a luxury masterplan development in Dubai. This multi-year project includes hospitality, hotels, residences, and retail assets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategic project planning, stakeholder management, risk assessment, and ensuring safety, quality, and sustainability standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Project Leadership & Strategic Management

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from planning to execution and delivery.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring quality, cost control, and timely completion.
• Develop project governance frameworks and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Drive business growth and market positioning through strategic decision-making.

🔹 Stakeholder & Client Management

• Act as the primary contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and Mace’s executive team.
• Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to align project objectives.
• Lead contract negotiations, procurement strategies, and risk mitigation plans.

🔹 Safety, Sustainability & Compliance

• Champion Mace’s “Safety First” values and promote zero-carbon initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and industry best practices.
• Drive innovation, technology adoption, and sustainability measures in project execution.

Key Qualifications & Requirements:

✔ Experience in project leadership within luxury real estate, hospitality, or mixed-use developments.
✔ Extensive knowledge of UAE construction laws, health & safety regulations.
✔ Proven track record in successfully delivering large-scale projects.
✔ Strong leadership, risk management, and problem-solving abilities.
✔ Professional certifications (MCIOB, MAPM, MRICS, MICE) are preferred.
✔ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Project Management, Construction, or a related field.
