gulfHR is seeking an experienced Project Delivery Manager to lead HRMS software implementation and ensure the successful execution of projects. The role requires strong expertise in project management, team coordination, Agile methodologies, and risk assessment. Due to client interactions across the MENA region, Arabic proficiency is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Lead project management and oversee Scrum planning for change requests (CRs) and implementations.
✅ Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure seamless execution.
✅ Gather and manage client requirements, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders.
✅ Apply HRMS product knowledge to ensure compliance with business and legal requirements.
✅ Drive team performance by improving coordination, problem-solving, and execution efficiency.
✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

Who You Are:

✔ 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in HRMS or enterprise software.
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Computer Science, IT, or related field).
✔ Expertise in Agile, Scrum, and risk management methodologies.
✔ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
✔ Ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive results.
