PEPCO Group, a pioneer in MEP and general contracting solutions across the UAE and Qatar since 1989, is seeking a Project Coordinator (MEP) for a full-time, hybrid role based in Sharjah. The selected candidate will play a critical role in managing MEP project coordination, ensuring timely execution, documentation, and quality standards across diverse infrastructure and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the day-to-day operations of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) projects

• Monitor project schedules, progress, and deliverables to ensure timely completion

• Liaise with clients, contractors, engineers, and internal teams to align project goals

• Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and compliance with project specifications

• Support in budget tracking, resource allocation, and project planning

• Ensure adherence to safety standards and construction regulations

• Assist in quality control and troubleshooting during project execution

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in MEP project coordination

• Strong understanding of MEP systems and UAE construction industry standards

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

• Proficiency in project management software and tools

• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setting

• Knowledge of UAE-specific construction regulations is a plus
