Silal, a leading agri-food sector company in the UAE and a part of ADQ, is seeking a Project Coordinator (Temporary – 6 months) to support agriculture transformation projects through technology. The role involves coordinating project activities, tracking progress, and ensuring smooth communication between stakeholders. Fluency in Chinese is essential to facilitate operations and partnerships in Chinese-speaking regions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and track project activities to ensure milestones are met.
• Maintain project documentation, including reports, meeting notes, and action items.
• Assist in risk identification and develop mitigation strategies.
• Serve as the primary contact for Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
• Organize project meetings, logistics, agenda preparation, and follow-ups.
• Keep stakeholders updated on project progress, issues, and resolutions.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in project coordination or management.
• Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) is mandatory.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to track multiple projects and ensure timely execution.
