We’re looking for a Project Coordinator who is highly organized, proactive, and passionate about the world of media production. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring projects are executed smoothly from planning through post-production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate shoot schedules and freelancer availability

• Manage logistics, including permits, shoot locations, and client confirmations

• Prepare gear checklists and shot lists ahead of production days

• Organize footage backups, post-production assets, and file deliveries

• Assist the project manager and founder with production-related tasks

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in coordination (preferably in media or events)

• Detail-oriented, dependable, and solution-driven

• Friendly and professional demeanor

• Bilingual: Fluent in Arabic and English

• Comfortable with file management tools and digital content delivery platforms
