We’re looking for a Project Coordinator who is highly organized, proactive, and passionate about the world of media production. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring projects are executed smoothly from planning through post-production.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate shoot schedules and freelancer availability

Manage logistics, including permits, shoot locations, and client confirmations

Prepare gear checklists and shot lists ahead of production days

Organize footage backups, post-production assets, and file deliveries

Assist the project manager and founder with production-related tasks
Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in coordination (preferably in media or events)

Detail-oriented, dependable, and solution-driven

Friendly and professional demeanor

Bilingual: Fluent in Arabic and English

Comfortable with file management tools and digital content delivery platforms
