Aesen is looking for a Project Coordinator to join its dynamic operations team in Dubai. This full-time, on-site role supports the Project Manager and General Manager in overseeing the day-to-day execution of offshore marine projects. The ideal candidate will coordinate various operational and administrative tasks, ensuring efficient communication between internal teams, vessel owners, clients, and surveyors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Report to the General Manager – Operations to support marine and project execution.

• Coordinate with vessel owners (TSI, OSI, HSQE, Crewing) for ship handling, bunkering, and provisions.

• Update clients on mobilization/demobilization of transportation equipment.

• Coordinate on-hire, off-hire, suitability, and bunker surveys with relevant stakeholders.

• Monitor vessel outfitting and punch list closeouts, and update clients accordingly.

• Prepare and transmit Daily Progress Reports (DPR) and Statements of Facts.

• Maintain project schedules, plans, budgets, work hours, and expenditures.

• Collate project-related certificates and insurance documentation.

• Coordinate billing processes and financial documentation for internal and client use.

• Maintain documentation and database control according to internal standards.

• Produce and manage fuel consumption and cargo schedule spreadsheets.

• Liaise with marine agents, surveyors, and client representatives.

• Maintain project drawing register.

• Ensure compliance with HSQE (Health, Safety, Quality & Environment) policies.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations or project coordination roles.

• Strong knowledge of offshore marine operations and marine warranty survey requirements.

• Previous sea-going experience is a plus.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation skills.

Salary Range: AED 9,000 – AED 14,000 per year
