Egis, a global consulting and engineering firm, is hiring a Project Control Officer to support projects in Water, Environmental, and Energy Transition. This role involves project planning, cost control, risk management, quality assurance, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Project Planning & Scheduling

• Assist in developing project plans and schedules.
• Monitor timelines, milestones, and propose corrective actions for delays.

🔹 Budget & Cost Control

• Track project budgets, expenditures, and conduct cost analysis.
• Prepare financial reports and recommend cost optimization strategies.

🔹 Risk Management

• Identify, assess, and develop mitigation strategies for project risks.
• Monitor risk status throughout the project lifecycle.

🔹 Quality Assurance & Reporting

• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
• Conduct quality audits, reviews, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and generate progress reports.

🔹 Stakeholder Communication

• Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders.
• Prepare and present status reports while facilitating meetings.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
✔ Experience in project control or project management (water, environmental, or energy sectors preferred).
✔ Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
✔ Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, Power BI.
✔ Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
✔ PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
