Dubizzle, part of the Bayut & Dubizzle Group, is looking for a Project Associate to lead and execute new tech and operational projects. The role involves launching, coordinating, tracking, and scaling multiple projects, managing internal and external software applications, and ensuring efficient project execution. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and strategic partners to drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Project Management: Define, execute, and communicate operational processes, standards, and best practices.
✔ Stakeholder Collaboration: Align with business leaders, clients, and tech teams to ensure smooth project execution.
✔ Technology & Software Implementation: Manage internal CRM systems and software development to enhance efficiency.
✔ Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and financial reports, ensuring continuous improvement and accountability.
✔ Process Optimization: Identify and resolve operational gaps, enhance automation and digital transformation strategies.
✔ Customer Engagement: Gather and analyze user feedback to enhance platform features and efficiency.
✔ Agile Execution: Maintain 90-day execution roadmaps, prioritize tasks, and execute within tight deadlines.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

✅ Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Strategy/Quality Management, or a related field.
✅ Experience: Prior experience in high-growth tech, e-commerce, or software project management.
✅ Project Management Expertise: Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, stakeholder management, and CRM systems.
✅ Technical Skills: Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and digital transformation trends.
