CFTE is seeking a Programme Management Intern to join our Abu Dhabi team. This paid internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing large-scale education programmes for governments, financial institutions, and global organizations — with a focus on the future of work and AI-driven industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support end-to-end delivery of training programmes: onboarding, scheduling, live session support, reporting.

• Communicate and coordinate directly with clients, learners, and experts.

• Monitor webinars, workshops, and in-person events, ensuring seamless delivery.

• Track quality metrics, participant engagement, and operational details.

• Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and key programme documents.

• Prepare learning materials, session plans, dashboards, and final reports.

• Troubleshoot and solve operational challenges quickly and efficiently.

• Handle administrative tasks related to programme execution.

Skills and Experience:

• Strong organizational and project management skills.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Clear, professional communication skills (verbal and written).

• Comfortable working directly with clients, experts, and cross-functional teams.

• Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and project management tools like Notion, Trello, or Airtable.

• Able to work independently and perform under operational pressure during live sessions.

• Previous experience in project coordination, operations, training support, or event management is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s program.

• Passionate about operations, client delivery, and education.

• Eager to gain practical skills in programme management and live session operations.
