💰 Salary: 60,000 – 65,000 AED per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end execution of digital transformation programs.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation.

• Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring clear communication and strategic alignment.

• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful program delivery.

• Implement best practices in program management, following PMP and PRINCE2 methodologies.

• Foster a continuous improvement culture, leveraging Agile principles to enhance efficiency.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Program Manager in digital consulting, technology, or related fields.

• Expertise in digital transformation, Agile methodologies, and project management frameworks.

• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable.

• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Strategic mindset with a focus on innovation, problem-solving, and business outcomes.
