Job Summary:

We are hiring a Program Manager to lead cross-functional project delivery and vendor coordination for a leading organization in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have 3–6 years of project or program management experience, strong execution skills, and the ability to manage stakeholder expectations in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

📌 Program & Project Management

• Drive end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives across technology, product, and operations.

• Define and track project milestones, manage risks, dependencies, and ensure on-time delivery.

• Use tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Excel/Sheets to manage timelines, sprints, and resources.

• Prepare dashboards, reports, and conduct status reviews with stakeholders and senior management.

🤝 Vendor Coordination (if applicable)

• Manage vendor selection, onboarding, and performance.

• Track SLAs, manage contracts, and oversee issue resolution with third-party vendors.

🚀 Production Support & Operational Readiness (if applicable)

• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure readiness for go-live, incident handling, and post-release support.

• Manage incident response workflows and lead root cause analysis (RCA) and retrospectives.

🧩 Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Act as a liaison between business, tech, and operations to drive program outcomes.

• Ensure smooth change management, process implementation, and communication across functions.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience: 3–6 years in project/program management (preferably in tech-driven environments).

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field.

• Nationality: Arab nationals only.

• Gender: Male

• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Excel/Google Sheets).

• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
