Amazon Business is hiring a Program Manager (UAE National) for its MENA Grocery team (UFG) in Dubai. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work on innovative grocery initiatives and build new businesses from the ground up. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong program management, analytical, and communication skills. The role demands strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and the ability to lead projects end-to-end across business, tech, and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead projects to support new business initiatives and strategic opportunities.

• Identify and implement scalable automation solutions to improve operational efficiency.

• Develop and enhance reporting dashboards and customer lifecycle tracking.

• Analyze business performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations to leadership.

• Connect analysis to financial performance to influence decisions.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to onboard partners and drive business execution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (required).

• Minimum 2 years of experience in program management.

• Strong skills in data analysis, reporting automation, and stakeholder engagement.

• Proficiency in SQL and data analytics tools (preferred).

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and entrepreneurial environment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including document writing and presenting insights.
