Job Description:

Nabat is seeking an exceptional Senior Program Manager to lead strategic initiatives, foster cross-functional alignment, and manage external partnerships. This critical role combines strategic thinking, operational excellence, and partnership development to advance Nabat’s mission and strategic direction. As a Senior Program Manager, you will shape Nabat’s long-term strategy, ensure successful program execution, and drive growth through impactful collaborations.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning:
  Lead the development and execution of Nabat’s strategic plan, aligning initiatives with company goals and industry trends.

• Cross-functional Alignment:
  Act as a Principal-level consultant, leading company-level programs, committees, and OKRs (Objectives and Key Results), providing expert guidance and recommendations to optimize performance.

• External Partnerships:
  Lead and manage complex external partnerships. Work closely with the Product team and other internal stakeholders to identify, negotiate, and execute strategic alliances that foster growth and innovation.

• Collaborative Problem-solving:
  Work across departments to build consensus and drive alignment, ensuring the success of projects and programs.

• Executive Engagement & Reporting:
  Engage with senior leadership to provide strategic updates, insights, and recommendations on the performance of strategic programs and functions.

• Operational Excellence:
  Lead and implement tools, processes, and governance to ensure strategic alignment and enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience in program management, management consulting, or a related field within the technology industry.

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful strategic plans and initiatives.

  • Expertise in project management, with the ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects.

• Skills:

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Experience in partnership development and management, with the ability to negotiate and execute strategic alliances.

  • Strong leadership skills, with a passion for developing and empowering cross-functional teams.

• Education:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline.

  • MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
