Greentree Advisory Services is hiring a Program Manager to lead the Data Governance Program for a major banking organization in Dubai. This full-time, on-site role requires a seasoned leader with strong expertise in data management, regulatory compliance, and enterprise governance tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the implementation and execution of enterprise-wide data governance strategies.

• Ensure compliance with regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, BCBS 239, and AML/KYC.

• Drive initiatives to improve data quality, lineage, and master data management (MDM).

• Promote a culture of data stewardship and ownership across departments.

• Utilize tools such as Informatica, Collibra, or Alation for governance processes.

• Collaborate with IT, compliance, and business units to align data practices with strategic goals.

• Prepare reports and dashboards tracking program performance and compliance.

Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.

• Minimum 14 years of experience in program management, with 6+ years in data governance within banking/finance.

• Hands-on knowledge of MDM tools, data governance frameworks, and regulatory standards.

• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and analytical reporting skills.
