Al-Futtaim Group is seeking a Program Manager to lead the digital transformation of financial services across the group. The role involves managing transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, and overseeing a team of external consultants from McKinsey. The Program Manager will focus on enhancing customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and value creation through digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy Formulation & Implementation: Collaborate with stakeholders to build out strategic initiatives and drive the strategic agenda.

• Project Management: Oversee cross-functional projects and Agile PODs, ensuring alignment with goals and tracking progress.

• Leadership & Resource Management: Manage project resources, allocate work assignments, and engage with system implementation vendors.

• Governance & Communication: Ensure project governance and direct communication with sponsors, stakeholders, and the Steering Committee.

• Data-Driven Decision Making: Track progress of key initiatives, and provide data-driven insights for decision-making.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience as Program Manager in financial services.

• Strong presentation and communication skills.

• Experience with IT or digital transformation preferred.

• Ability to manage programs/projects from planning to execution.

• Degree in business or technical field from a reputable institute.
