Virtusa is looking for a Program Manager with strong expertise in Corporate Credit and Limit Management solutions to lead large-scale implementations. The role requires a deep understanding of credit risk management, banking regulations, and financial services. The candidate will oversee projects, ensuring compliance and successful integration of banking solutions while managing cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of Corporate Credit and Limit Management product implementations.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, and external vendors for seamless execution.

• Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource planning.

• Oversee risk management, ensuring adherence to banking regulations and industry best practices.

• Drive process improvements in credit underwriting and monitoring.

• Provide leadership and mentorship to cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

• Monitor and report on project progress to senior management and stakeholders.

• Facilitate requirement gathering, documentation, and solution design for credit management functionalities.

• Ensure smooth integration with existing banking platforms and risk management systems.

• Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring efficient resource utilization.

Qualifications:

• 15+ years of experience in project management within banking or financial services.

• 10+ years of specific experience in Corporate Credit, Risk Management, and Limit Management systems.

• Industry: Banking, Financial Services, Fintech.

• Certifications: PMP, PgMP, or equivalent.

• Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or relevant certification is a plus.

Desired Skills:

• Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.

• Experience with API integrations and digital transformation projects in corporate banking.

• Understanding of data analytics and AI-driven credit risk models.
