Position Overview:
QuantumGate is looking for an exceptional Program Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives, drive operational excellence, and support strategic decision-making across the organization. This role plays a vital part in defining company strategy, aligning internal stakeholders, and ensuring high-impact program delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning: Support the design and implementation of long-term strategic initiatives aligned with company objectives.

• Go-to-Market Strategy: Partner with product and marketing teams to define pricing, positioning, and channel strategies.

• Commercial Evaluation: Lead assessments of new business and product opportunities, developing feasibility studies and ROI projections.

• Operational Oversight: Ensure effective execution of daily venture operations, managing task prioritization and workflow optimization.

• Cross-Functional Alignment: Drive collaboration across departments to deliver cohesive and successful project outcomes.

• Performance Management: Implement and maintain company-wide OKRs and performance dashboards.

• Content Creation: Develop compelling presentations, pitch decks, and executive proposals for internal and external stakeholders.

• Partnership Development: Collaborate with BD and product teams to establish and manage strategic partnerships.

• Executive Reporting: Provide strategic recommendations and status updates to senior leadership.

• Industry Engagement: Represent QuantumGate at industry forums, reinforcing our thought leadership in cybersecurity and post-quantum technologies.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field; MBA preferred.

• Experience: 8+ years in program management, consulting, or strategic operations within the tech sector.

• Industry Knowledge: Cybersecurity industry experience is mandatory.

• Planning & Execution: Strong background in strategic and go-to-market planning.

• Project Management: Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives.

• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication, with experience interacting with executive stakeholders.

• Leadership: Proven track record of leading teams, mentoring, and driving performance.

• Partnerships: Experience developing and managing external partnerships and alliances.
