Abu Dhabi Airports is actively seeking a Program Management Office (PMO) Analyst to join its dynamic team. This role is crucial in supporting strategic planning and overseeing the execution of a diverse project portfolio. The PMO Analyst will drive operational excellence through in-depth analytics, performance tracking, and process optimization, directly contributing to the organization’s commitment to innovation and aviation leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze portfolio data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities

• Create detailed reports on KPIs, project risks, and performance for senior stakeholders

• Improve project management processes in line with industry best practices

• Track project budgets, timelines, and milestones for compliance and quality

• Facilitate collaboration across departments including finance, engineering, and vendors

• Support change control, vendor tracking, and resource planning

• Provide scenario modeling and data analysis to support strategic decisions

• Develop training content on project monitoring and analysis tools

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in PMO, program analysis, or project controls (aviation/construction preferred)

• Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, Excel, PowerPoint, and analytics tools

• Strong critical thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to convert complex data into actionable business insights
