GluCare.Health is seeking a motivated Program Coordinator to guide patients through their care journey while promoting healthcare programs and services. This full-time, on-site role combines patient coordination, sales, and relationship management, ensuring excellent patient experiences and achieving performance goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Healthcare Program Sales:

Engage prospective patients in-person, via phone, WhatsApp, Meta Channels, and email to provide information and promote healthcare programs.

Manage and nurture leads through CRM systems to ensure timely communication and conversions.

Cross-sell and upsell relevant services to existing patients.
-
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment and revenue targets.
Patient Coordination:
-
Schedule appointments and manage patient flow through EMR systems.

Verify insurance eligibility and coordinate with clinical teams for in-person and remote visits.

Facilitate efficient patient flow with clear communication between patients and clinical staff.
-
Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions and program progress.

Track patient adherence to program milestones and follow-up visits.
Client Relationship Management:

Build strong relationships with patients as their primary point of contact.

Address inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure a positive patient experience and retention.
Product Knowledge and Promotion:

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company services and healthcare industry trends.

Educate patients confidently about program offerings and benefits.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Management, or a related field.

3–4 years of experience as a patient coordinator or in a similar healthcare role in the UAE.

Proven track record in sales or client relationship management within healthcare.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Experience with CRM, EMR, and insurance systems preferred.

Ability to work weekends and public holidays.
